What You’ll Be Doing
  • Market Research & Strategy: Explore and prioritize new markets based on research and performance potential.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead cold outreach efforts to identify and engage new clients across global markets.
  • Inbound Sales: Manage and convert inbound leads into long-term clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and advertising.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and handover.

What We’re Looking For
  • B2B Sales Experience: 3+ years in business development or B2B cold sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, Crypto, or marketing.
  • Fluent English: You can confidently communicate with clients around the world. Other languages are a plus.
  • Adtech or Marketing Background: Experience working with crypto projects, fintech companies, or in performance marketing.
  • Proactive & Independent: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you take initiative and move fast.
  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive on targets and aren’t afraid of ambitious sales KPIs.
  • Excellent Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident — both in writing and on calls.

Senior Client Success Manager
Hi! I’m Kate, Team Lead of the Client Growth team at Evido by Aitarget.
We’re expanding, and I’m looking for a Senior Client Success Manager — someone who will become a trusted partner for our Enterprise-level clients, guide them through onboarding, and support their paid campaigns across platforms (with a strong focus on Meta).
This is a role for someone who loves working directly with clients, understands performance marketing, and can combine communication, technical knowledge, and independent decision-making. The role is more account-focused than buying-focused, with lots of ownership, learning and room to influence processes.

Key Responsibilities
Client management & onboarding
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with Enterprise clients
  • Lead onboarding: explain product logic, walk clients through key steps, answer early-stage questions
  • Handle day-to-day communication: calls, presentations, proactive support, fast problem-solving
Work with advertising platforms
  • Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Oversee campaigns end-to-end: uploading creatives, monitoring performance, optimizing
  • Advise clients on other platforms (TikTok, Telegram, Snapchat, DV360, X, etc.) — willingness to learn quickly is key
Data & insights
  • Analyze campaign performance; prepare reports, presentations, recommendations
  • Translate complex technical and analytical data into clear business insights
Cross-team & platform collaboration
  • Respond quickly to client requests, including technical ones
  • Communicate with Meta, TikTok and other platform support teams
  • Work with internal teams: product, finance, sales, tech

Requirements
Professional
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads within the last 6 months — mandatory
  • Experience with Google Ads — a strong plus
  • 3–5 years in digital marketing: client service, account management, or performance management
  • Ability to run several clients simultaneously
  • Strong English for communication (calls + written) + Russian (profecional or native)
  • Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Excellent communication and structured thinking

Operations & Partnerships Manager (Africa)
About the Role

We are looking for a strong operational leader who will take full ownership of developing and scaling our African region — from setting up and running operational processes to managing partners, ensuring service quality, and driving predictable revenue growth.

This role is for someone highly structured and system-oriented, who makes sure the market runs smoothly, partners deliver value to clients, KPIs are met, and operations remain transparent and scalable.
You will act as the key operational owner of the region, balancing partner management, process control, performance analytics, and on-the-ground relationship building.

What You Will Do

1. Regional Operations Management
  • Own day-to-day operational performance of the African region.
  • Ensure stability and quality of client and partner processes.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with agreements, standards, and platform requirements.
  • Track partner and internal KPIs; identify risks early and proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain operational transparency and predictability of results.
2. Partner Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing local partners.
  • Support partners with:
  • Platform onboarding and training
  • Complex client cases
  • Achieving operational and performance KPIs
  • Ensure partners meet agreed activity plans and quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted operational partner.
3. Regional Development & Scaling
  • Collect structured feedback from partners and the market.

  • Identify new operational opportunities and scaling points within the region.
4. Business Travel & On-Site Work
  • Regular business trips to the region 3–6 times per year.
  • In-person meetings with partners and key clients.
  • On-site process audits, bottleneck analysis, and operational deep-dives.
  • Run small training sessions and support the rollout of new processes.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A strong operations professional who has built, stabilized, and scaled processes in complex or fast-growing environments.
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing platforms, agencies, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partner-driven operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking.
  • Strong analytical skills: understands business metrics, performance drivers, and operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable with frequent business travel.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written) — this is essential for the role.
