As the company continues to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for an
SDR who feels confident in outbound sales and wants to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
About the roleAs an SDR at Evido, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating first contact, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team.
You’ll work closely with
Sales and Marketing, influence outreach strategies, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
What you’ll doLead generation & prospecting- Identify and research potential clients via outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct cold outreach and initiate conversations with potential partners
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Prepare background information and context before meetings
- Ensure smooth and structured handover of leads to sales
CRM & reporting- Accurately and timely update CRM records
- Track outreach activities, lead status, and meeting results
Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing to align outreach campaigns
- Coordinate with Sales to improve qualification criteria and messaging
- Share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
What we’re looking forProfessional requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR in digital or adtech companies
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- Confident verbal and written communication
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining quality
- Good understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
Experience with
trading, crypto, dating, AI products, iGaming, gambling/betting, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage.
Languages- Russian — fluent
- English — fluent
