Evido Azerbaijan is a part of the Aitarget group, a leading marketing company specializing in providing advanced and efficient marketing solutions across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Telegram. We are dedicated to helping high-potential markets develop faster by adopting innovative strategies and solutions. We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic Client team in Azerbaijan.
It is an entry-level position.
Location: Remote GMT+4 Languages Required: Azerbaijani (C1), English (B2) and Russian (C1)
Responsibilities:
Working closely with incoming leads - you’ll be in charge of converting leads into paying clients
Technical Solutions: Assist in implementing internal technical solutions to improve client experiences and campaign outcomes.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve our products and services based on client needs.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources to support clients in using our platforms effectively.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficient in Russian (C1) and native or fluent in Azerbaijani; English level is B2 or more
Client Experience: Experience working with clients is required. Experience in the advertising sphere will be a significant plus.
Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take responsibility for your work.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
